Set Menu Three Course Meal, Butter portions & Bread Rolls Included on Both Packages

Entrée Options:     

  • Chicken skewers marinated in satay sauce served with aromatic pilaf rice.

  • Peking Duck or Vegetarian premium spring rolls with mesclun salad & sweet chili sauce.

  • Beef tortellini in creamy carbonara sauce topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Seafood salad with whole egg mayonnaise

  • Seafood or Chicken & mushroom vol au vent topped with grated aged Parmesan cheese.

  • Spinach & ricotta or beef ravioli in Napolitano sauce topped with grated aged Parmesan cheese.

  • Calamari rings with side mesclun salad & semi glazed balsamic dressing.

  • Seafood or Chicken & mushroom vol au vent topped with grated aged Parmesan cheese.

  • Spinach leaf salad with pine nuts, sun dried tomatoes, shaved aged parmesan with italian dressing.

Main Options:

  • Chicken Cordon blue served with mash potato & mesclun avocado salad with vinaigrette dressing.

  • Chicken Kiev served with mash potato & chicken gravy.

  • Char Siu pork served with steam rice and vegetables.

  • Deep fried flat head fillets with mixed leaf salad and topped dressed Italian dressing.

  • Green curry chicken served with aromatic rice.

  • Roast beef slices served with roast potatoes & rice pilaf with gravy.

  • Seafood prawn and avocado salad with thousand islands & whole egg mayonnaise.

  • Sliced prosciutto with rock melon slices.
